‘How you move is how you groove!’
Drumming is all about MOVEMENT, the dance of motion. Playing with TIGHTNESS creates a TIGHT sound which can kill the grooves we love. To tap into this power of RELAXED INTENSITY for our maximum self expression, the ‘2 PILLARS OF DRUMMING’ are what we need to cultivate REBOUND and MOMENTUM, and then create warmups so we hit our mind and muscles with these basics DAILY. Let’s incorporate this into a quick warmup with MUSIC to strengthen our fundamentals, and have fun while doing it!
