After our session yesterday, I felt like I was floating on a cloud, like I could do anything!

What an awesome feeling that was. 5 things clearly stood out the most:

RELIEF – that I didn’t feel constricted or confined anymore. I lost some of the pressure I was putting on myself
JOY – that I love drums even more now
FEAR (good fear) – that comes with pushing boundaries. (Funny, but i used to avoid that Fear, but he’s slowly becoming a friend.)
