Vic Firth was such a great example of this! When you look at the name Vic Firth, we think of high quality drumsticks to help our expression on the drums. But take the time to find out who Vic was as a person as well… we can then see the connection of his consistency, excellence, service, and humility demonstrated in his character, and how that affected every thing he put his mind to and every person he came in contact with. Vic represented excellence in all areas, and touched so many lives in his time here. He left an amazing legacy in music, education, and craftsmanship, but also in the way he showed deep character in the way he lived his life and affected all who crossed his path.
